As a girl, I’m naturally a big fan of any games for girls. But simply being a supporter of girl games online, I can’t say that every game is terrific and the best thing I’ve ever played. In fact, many are less than stellar. At least, those that are outstanding are out there to make things okay again.
Girl games are too broad. There are more girl games out there than I can figure out. Having so many things fall under a single definition makes it a challenge to pick a single game at a given time. There are hundreds of girl games and often that many available on a single site. To really enjoy girl games you have to know what you’re searching for the first time and follow through on that idea or be open to new ideas as they present themselves.
Girl games aren’t taken seriously. Not exactly a problem with the games, but rather the industry. Girl games aren’t taken seriously by many marketers and companies. In fact, while there should be more girl games than ever online, many are still creating junk games geared toward boys while girls wait for the newest meaningful game to enjoy.
